Why faba bean

Free from gluten, nuts, dairy and soya – which rules out the usual problems with whey, soya and nut proteins in one go. Faba beans are nitrogen-fixing, so the crop puts nitrogen back into the soil rather than depleting it.

How to use

Mix two scoops (around 30g) into 200ml of water, juice or a smoothie. The powder is very fine with a neutral, off-white appearance and clean taste, so it also works stirred into porridge or added to baking.
