Delivery Information

Dispatch

Order before 12 noon on a working day and your order is dispatched the same day. Orders placed after noon, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Everything is picked, packed and dispatched from our own warehouse in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. Nothing is drop-shipped, so what you order is stock we are physically holding.

UK delivery

Free UK Delivery	Free on orders of £15 and over
Express Delivery	£2.99 – available on any order

Orders under £15 go by Express at £2.99. Spend £15 or more and standard delivery is free.

International delivery

European Union	£14.99
Rest of world	£23.99

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel leaves us. If you have created an account, you can also see order status by logging in.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived when you expected it, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will sort it out. Please keep any damaged packaging, as carriers usually ask for evidence when we claim.
